The Process ...

... First, I select the most flattering poses from a customer's portrait session (of many, many photos created) and digitally enhance them (remove blemishes, dark circles, obvious stray hairs, etc.). 

Next, I order a set of professional quality 4 x 6 proofs that are for the customer to keep and generally are available within 7 days.

 Finally, when the customer picks up  proofs, he/she also will have access to an online photo album that can be shared with friends and family for 30 days.

The 4 x 6 proofs (new for 2008 after many customers suggested it) is so helpful for deciding on further sizes for wall portraits, wallets, leatherette folios or other photo products. 

Customers may also request to see some of their poses in black/white, sepia (antique-look) or with text added. I will be happy to post those additional changes online at no charge.

I offer a convenient online order form or the option to phone in an order. I believe in simplicity and a no-pressure approach. I do want my customers to feel free to contact me at 815-933-3499 or email woohoopepper@hotmail.com with any concerns or questions.
